Song Sohee | Aesthetic Flow

❝"Aesthetic Flow" presents a new landscape of Korean music by transcending the boundaries of genre.❞
Song Sohee, rooted in Gyeonggi minyo, moves beyond the traditional framework to express her inner emotions and stories as a creator. Her vocals, infused with folk sensibilities, flow over an alternative rock–based sound, opening up a new landscape of Korean music where tradition and the contemporary intersect.
Gamblerz Crew x Goblin Party | The Drum’s Dream

<The Drum’s Dream> fuses shamanic symbolism with breaking and contemporary dance to reflect unity, conflict, and exclusion in community. Amid today’s anxiety and division, it envisions the drumbeat’s return as healing. Global-stage Gamblerz Crew joins socially insightful Goblin Party, crossing genres to forge a contemporary, resonant performance.

<Shimmering>, the final work in Lee Yanghee’s Trilogy of the Pleasure of Dance, fuses Korean traditional dance with 1990s rave culture, painting, fashion, and club music. The title evokes both intricate dance techniques and the radiant state of mastery. Crossing tradition and underground club culture, Lee explores body, pleasure, and form as a total art experience.
Wansung Playground | Lee Jaram Pansori 'Snow, Snow, Snow'

<Lee Jaram Pansori 'Snow, Snow, Snow'> reimagines Tolstoy’s Master and Man in pansori, using only drum, banter, and voice with light and space. Lee Jaram, a leading artist of contemporary pansori, expands tradition and explores its future through Wansung Playground.

It proposes possibilities for change, where performers and audiences share space as equal participants. WHATWHY ART, bridging tradition and modernity, creates new musical timespaces around humanity, life, and society.

Korea’s only robotic art circus, <Gyogam (Access)>, fuses an industrial robot arm with circus. Human vitality and machine precision meet on stage, revealing both unfamiliarity and intimacy. FORCE explores art–tech symbiosis, bringing human–machine emotions to life.
Elephants Laugh | Between Glances: A Symphony of the Unsaid

❝When Different Worlds Merge into One Chorus❞
<Between Glances: A Symphony of the Unsaid> reunites past communities and performers to share encounters with audiences. Through gaze and bodily language, dulled senses awaken, as meetings with strangers bring both comfort and unease. In this process, different worlds merge into one harmonious chorus. Elephants Laugh is a collective exploring community, place, and audience participation beyond language.
UHEE Company | Yeonhee Physics: The Quantum Ritual

❝ Cosmic Rhythm Born from Ogeum 
<Yeonhee Physics: The Quantum Ritual> follows the sangsoe’s search for the essence of ogeum, unfolding rhythms through instruments, ritual beats, and balance on the rope. Ogeum becomes the pulse linking nature and cosmos. Blending traditional Yeonhee’s movement with the imagination of physics, UHEE Company invites audiences to rediscover cycles of nature and the flow of energy.
LIQUID SOUND | OffOn Yeonhee project II

❝ Breaking from Old Conventions, Moving Toward New Art ❞
<OffOn Yeonhee Project II> deconstructs and reassembles the movements and vibrant spirit of traditional Yeonhee. Playful Nongak elements and performance props are dismantled and recombined, creating new forms of rhythm, time, and tools. Symbolizing a shift from ‘Off’ to ‘On,’ it embodies transformative energy. Since 2015, Liquid Sound has fused Korean traditional arts with contemporary forms, presenting collaborative works on stages in Korea and Europe.
